FOOD FOR THOUGHT

“It’s easier to fool the masses than to convince them that they are being fooled.” – Mark Twain

When has anyone ever been offered free tuition, a company bonus or lottery win etc. for agreeing to a medical procedure?
Does this not make you stop and wonder what is really going on in the world right now?
We have seen thousands of deaths already as the direct result of this “cocktail” currently being injected into people, not to mention the number of side effects. Yet, the goal to inject the entire world remains. In the past, when any such program resulted in 25-50 deaths, the procedures were stopped immediately. What is going on?

On a different note, or maybe not, you might want to explore a document by the government of Canada on the exploration of biodigital convergence, https://horizons.gc.ca/…/…/exploring-biodigital-convergence/

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

“Silence in the face of evil is itself evil; God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.” Dietrich Bonhoeffer

I, once again, encourage each and everyone of you to educate yourself with a critical and questioning mind. As far as I am concerned, this is not only our choice but our responsibility. Acting out of convenience, choosing the path of the least resistance, may lead to unexpected and potentially regrettable consequences.

Did you know that in 1976 during the Swine Flu a “shot” was rushed to market which after only 6 weeks was halted because there were 25 deaths and 362 cases of a neurological disorder reported in the US?

Did you know that by March 19 already 2,050 death were reported in the US alone from the currently used injection, 524 of these happened within 24 hours of the event?

Did you know that by March 13 Europe had already reported 3,964 deaths and more than 162,000 injuries?

Did you know that the survival rate of the virus that is currently holding the world hostage is better than 99%?

Did you know that none of the “shots” have been approved by the FDA or Health Canada and are therefore considered experimental?

Did you know that some insurance providers (health and life insurance) will not be covering people who got the injection under a clause that exists on some policies about the use of experimental treatments?

The intent of this post is to draw attention to some of the facts that are not usually part of the common narrative. We are all responsible for our own decisions. Unfortunately family, friends and society in general, have been divided in an unprecedented way by the current global crises. Let’s move forward with respect, tolerance, and “open arms” regardless of our differences.

HAPPY EASTER

“I find the great thing in this world is not so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving.
To reach the port of heaven we must sail sometimes with the wind and sometimes against it, – but we must sail, not drift, nor lie at anchor.”  — Oliver Wendell Holmes

May you enjoy Easter and the coming of spring with family and friends!

SPRING CLEANING THE NATURAL WAY

Have you ever wondered about the safety of the cleaning products you use in your home?

How about tackling spring cleaning this year with some home-made products that are easy and fun to prepare while at the same time getting the job done?

Nature offers many alternatives to chemicals; alternatives that are powerful anti-microbial. For example, essential oil of Oregano kills a broad spectrum of bacteria including E.coli and spores from anthrax. It can therefore be substituted for bleach products such as Clorox.

Rosemary is another great option because of its natural antibacterial and antiseptic properties. In times of the plague, Rosemary was worn around the neck for its antiseptic qualities.

Below find two simple recipes – shared with permission from Theresa Mieseler, author of Beyond Rosemary, Basil, and Thyme, available from https://www.shadyacres.com/ and Amazon. The book includes 25 recipes.

Countertop Spray Cleaner

1 tablespoon liquid soap, such as Biokleen
¼ teaspoon baking soda
8 to 10 drops Rosemary essential oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 cup distilled water

Combine all ingredients and pour into a spray bottle. It will fizz initially and then settle down. Shake before spraying on the surface—wipe off with a soft cloth.

Rosemary and Geranium Essential Oil All-Purpose Cleaner

1 cup rubbing alcohol
1 cup distilled water
20-25 drops Rosemary essential oil
10 drops Geranium essential oil

Combine all ingredients and pour into a spray bottle. Before use — shake well.

There is no such thing as “HEALTH FOODS”

If what we eat does not nourish and support our bodies it should not be called food. Therefore at least 80% of what is sold as “food” in the grocery stores does not classify as food. It fails to provide the building blocks to the body required to maintain healthy cells and tissues.

It not only does not provide what is required by the body to function properly, but it also typically burdens and damages our body with chemicals such as preservatives, colouring agents, pesticides, herbicides, and genetically modified/engineered foods. A high percentage of so-called health issues can be remedied with a change in dietary habits. I see this happening every day in my practice.

Many people would never feed their animals the food and drinks they themselves are consuming on a daily basis. Why not? Because they know all too well that their own diet would not be good for their pets!

So, I suggest make your foods your medicines and if you do this you will be surprised how your energy increases, your skin clears up, no more phlegm, achy joints … I recommend you eat 70% raw on a regular basis.

Healthy Snack Ideas

– Seeds and nuts: Both are full of healthy fats and protein, which help stabilize blood sugar levels. Avoid pre-salted nuts.

– Seed and nut butters with fruit or vegetables: The classic “ants on the log” (nut butter spread on a celery stick and decorated with raisins) – fruits such as apples dipped in nut butter.

– Veggies and dip: Any vegetable you enjoy for example carrots, celery, broccoli, tomato, cucumber and cauliflower etc. can be enjoyed with a healthy dip such as hummus or guacamole. Avoid commercial dips such as ranch. Typically they have very little nutritional value and are high in fat and therefore calories.

SONG OF THE FLOWER

I am a kind word uttered and repeated
By the voice of Nature;
I am a star fallen from the
Blue tent upon the green carpet.
I am the daughter of the elements
With whom Winter conceived;
To whom Spring gave birth; I was
Reared in the lap of Summer and I
Slept in the bed of Autumn.

At dawn I unite with the breeze
To announce the coming of light;
At eventide I join the birds
In bidding the light farewell.

The plains are decorated with
My beautiful colors, and the air
Is scented with my fragrance.

As I embrace Slumber the eyes of
Night watch over me, and as I
Awaken I stare at the sun, which is
The only eye of the day.

I drink dew for wine, and hearken to
The voices of the birds, and dance
To the rhythmic swaying of the grass.

I am the lover’s gift; I am the wedding wreath;
I am the memory of a moment of happiness;
I am the last gift of the living to the dead;
I am a part of joy and a part of sorrow.

But I look up high to see only the light,
And never look down to see my shadow.
This is wisdom which man must learn.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

“It’s easier to fool the masses than to convince them that they are being fooled.” – Mark Twain

“IT IS WHAT IT IS. “– “THIS IS JUST THE WAY IT IS.” – “THERE IS A REASON FOR EVERYTHING” – “IT IS MEANT TO BE.”

These are all statements that I hear way too often; all of them indicating complacency, an excuse to not take responsibility and use our intelligence for critical thinking and investigation.

Yes, it is true that things are the way they are. Yes, there is always a reason for things happening but neither one means that it is meant to be.
Yes, there is a reason, or better said, there are many reasons for poverty, drug use and drug overdoses, starvation, violence against women, discrimination, and the endless list continues, and includes the current world crises.

This does NOT mean that things are “meant to be” this way. If we want change, if we want to secure our rights and freedoms, we need to wake up and be willing to “look behind the curtain” with a critical mind.

It always amazes me that people spend more time researching a vehicle they intend to buy than, for example, looking into the quality of food they put into their own and their children’s body, and the effects of wireless technology. For the sake of convenience, most people are accepting too easily what society dishes up in front of them.

We owe it to our children, generations to come and the planet, to question the common narrative and become active players in influencing the future in positive, peaceful, caring, and constructive ways.

As always, I do not ask anyone to agree with me, but I want to encourage you to use your mind to question what we are made to believe.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT – QUESTIONS, CONCERNS AND REFLECTIONS

“You can look the other way, but you can never say, you did not know.”
— William Wilberforce

Having been raised by parents who lived through World War 2 and who instilled in us the importance of looking “behind the curtain” of what is happening, is probably one of the reasons why I decided to write this post. We were encouraged to ask questions, look for and request answers. Many questions and concerns arise for me during this current, somewhat surreal and unsettling crisis that is affecting the entire globe.

·  THE SPREAD OF FEAR

Governments and the media have instilled unreasonable fear in many people surrounding the Covid-19 crises. A well-known fact is that fear suppresses the immune system. But not only this, fear breeds mistrust, interferes with independent, critical thinking and can lead to unquestionable obedience.

Fear is a powerful currency, potentially leading to devastating consequences.

·  WHEN RUMORS TURN INTO FACTS

Rumor had it that doctors in Alberta are reporting Covid-19 as cause of death even when Covid-19 is not involved. This rumor has been confirmed to me through individuals being directly affected by this. When the doctors involved, were questioned about this, the answer was: “We are required to do this because of funding.”

I know that funding increases with Covid-19 cases; however, is this the only reason? We know this to be true from the US as well. Why are doctors pressured to lie? Why are doctors willing to follow unethical guidelines? You may want to think about this for a moment and contemplate what this really means and the far-reaching implications this might have.

·  FREEDOM OF SPEECH

I cannot help but wonder and notice how much information “disappears” quickly from the internet and social media platforms such as Facebook and YouTube. Why? Even though I am not much of a “Facebooker” or social media person, I have noticed this worrisome trend. Informed discussion/debate allowing different, even opposing views, is not only important but vital in order to make decisions that are based in truth and in the best interest of society, patients etc. What is happening?

TOPICS that I am aware of that appear to be typically TARGETED:

  • Information questioning some of the medical approaches around Covid-19.
  • Info relating to the dangers of the implementation of the new network. I strongly encouraged you to inform yourself about the risks (to your health and otherwise) of this technology.
  • Information questioning the, especially rushed, development of a “preventative cure” for Covid-19 and its potential far reaching consequences.

·  SCIENCE AND MEDICINE

Science is supposed to be objective, trustworthy and the foundation of medicine. Yet, a lot of what is happening right now around Covid-19 defies the principles of science. Unfortunately, this is not only unique to this situation. Scientific findings are being ignored in the name of progress even if numerous, often hundreds of studies, have proven the detrimental effects of technology such as smart meters. Why is it that we continue to claim certain products, technologies and developments as safe even though we know better?

·  DATA IS COMING IN

Data continues to come in from many different sources. For example, in Hamburg, Germany autopsies are performed on every person who died with the diagnosis of Covid-19. The coroner Professor Klaus Pueschel, head of the department of forensic medicine at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) explains his findings in an interview, April 27, 2020.

Over 100 autopsies have been performed. Every individual autopsied had at least one, often more than one, (severe) previous underlying condition (cardio-vascular; respiratory, liver, metabolic diseases i.e. diabetes etc.). The deceased ranged from 50-100 years in age with an average age of 80. According to Pueschel, there is no need to be afraid of this virus. There are many other dangers in life that are more threatening to our well-being than COVID-19.

According to Scott W. Atlas, MD, the David and Joan Traitel Senior Fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution and the former chief of neuroradiology at Stanford University Medical Center, “The overwhelming majority of people do not have any significant risk of dying from COVID-19. The recent Stanford University antibody study now estimates that the fatality rate if infected is likely 0.1 to 0.2 percent, a risk far lower than previous World Health Organization estimates that were 20 to 30 times higher and that motivated isolation policies.”

·  CONCLUSION

I am not asking anyone to agree with me. Maybe my reflections will spark a healthy debate and initiate some critical thinking, in the end, allowing us to move forward in freedom.

Happy New Year

Rainbow-Healing-Happy-New-YearThe New Year is here
Let’s welcome it with a great cheer
Let’s raise our hopes in a confident toast
May love, peace and happiness spread from coast to coast

Life is like a gigantic and beautiful ocean
It can be calm and still but is always in motion
If the wind is howling and the seas are rough
We might feel lost and feel life is too tough

Always remember you have what it takes to fly
Just spread your wings and try
You have what it takes to fulfill your dreams
Stay true to your spirit and life will flow like a beautiful stream

May love, peace and hope fill the heart of every single soul
May tranquil moments bless all and keep our spirits whole
May humankind awaken and create many paradigm shifts
So that all spirits rejoice and undue burdens and challenges lift

The Earth, our Mother, needs our loving and caring support
Let’s re-connect so we may harmonize in accord
May healing of all aspects for all life become true
So our children may have a happy, healthy future too
