The challenging times continue on so many different levels. It is hard to comprehend what is happening around the world and how medicine has become so extremely politicized. As important as it is to inform and educate ourselves, especially outside of the mainstream narrative, and decide on what actions to take accordingly, it is just as important to continue living.

After a great visit to Haida Gwaii, I am taking advantage of the beautiful weather today, harvesting herbs – Spearmint & Lemon Balm – and beginning the drying process outside. After hanging the herbs up outside, I covered them with a white cotton sheet. Later in the day I will take them inside to continue the drying process.
