While we are surrounded by so much fear, distrust and conflicts, we need to remember that each one of us can make a positive difference, no matter how small our contribution. As Mother Teresa said: “We know only too well that what we are doing is nothing more than a drop in the ocean. But if the drop were not there, the ocean would be missing something.”

As the light returns, may it illuminate the path forward and bring us all to a place of kindness, compassion and peace in the coming year.
