HOPE – An Essential Element of Healing

Hope is an essential element in any form of healing. Dr. Edward Bach said to never take away from anyone the hope for healing. I am hoping, wishing and praying that this year more and more people will re-connect to nature, so that Mother Earth will receive the much needed support for her healing. Everyone of us can make a difference. Let’s shift our focus to things that really matter and what life is truly about.

Critique: Impressively informative, exceptionally well written, organized and presented, “Healing Spirituality: A Practical Guide to Understanding and Working with Bach Flowers” is very highly recommended for both community and academic library Alternative Medicine collections and supplemental studies lists. For the personal reading lists of students and non-specialist general readers with an interest in the subject it should be noted that “Healing Spirituality” is also available in a digital book format ($9.95).

Marketing tour quickly coming to an end
Herbs and Herbal Communities are sprouting everywhere. Whatever nature provides for us cannot be taken away from us. My marketing tour is quickly coming to an end. I am happy to say that both the book “Healing Spirituality” as well as the DVD “Herbal Pharmacy for Everyone” have been very well received by many libraries along the way. The Vancouver Island Herb Conference provided a great opportunity to connect with many fantastic people. A weekend of peace and harmony among like-minded folks. Great times and a big thank you to my dear friend Lana who did a marvelous job at my vendor table!

Next Radio Interview February 22
My next radio interview – 2 (!) hours live on WBAI, New York, Wednesday, February 22, 2-4pm.
We will talk about my DVD, HERBAL PHARMACY FOR EVERYONE and my book, HEALING SPIRITUALITY. The goal is to inspire people and provide them with tools for taking charge of their own well-being. I am very excited to once again being given the opportunity to share my passion with listeners in that part of the world.
WBAI is a non-commercial, listener-supported radio station, broadcasting at 99.5 FM in New York City.
CRAZY AND AMAZING STORY FROM MY JOURNEY TO DOWN UNDER
Australia is where I am at right now, enjoying time out in the sunshine and best of all some time with my son.
On my way here something amazing happened. The flight from Vancouver to Brisbane is terribly long (about 15 hours), so I make sure to move around as much as possible. A few hours before landing I was at the back of the plane where the flight attendants hang out when they are not serving the passengers. I overheard their conversation about the requirement of the use of pesticides on the plane after landing and while the passengers have to remain in their seats! Yes, it is true, after landing they open the overhead luggage compartments and then walk up and down the aisle while spraying pesticides in there as well as a heavy dose in the washrooms. Needless to say I engaged in that conversation which led from one thing to the next including my work and the publication of the books. Lo and behold, one of the flight attendants owned a deck of BACH FLOWERS UNFOLDING and since I almost always carry one copy of my books with me wherever I go, she bought a copy of HEALING SPIRITUALITY! This made my day and re-affirmed that all the hard work and perseverance is worth it.
