HAPPY HALLOWEEN – Remembering Halloween or better said, “El Dia de los Muertos” (The Day of the Dead) a few years back in one of my favorite places, a small village in Mexico.

El Dia de los Muertos honors the deceased, a tradition that has developed out of a combination of indigenous and Catholic rituals.

Have fun with the kids, make it a special time but remember that sugar suppresses the immune system instantly which lasts for hours (depending on the amount consumed). Keeping our immune system at top functioning level is of utmost importance these days.
